Buyer and estoppel information
A Florida HOA estoppel certificate states what a parcel owes the association and is commonly requested during a sale or refinance. Florida Statute 720.30851 sets the request and delivery rules, including a written request and a response window measured in business days. This page is not legal advice.
The association has not published its estoppel fee, payoff instructions, or a closing checklist on this site. Title companies and owners should contact the board with the property address and the closing date. Do not send card numbers.
