This page explains how Trellises at Rock Creek Homeowners' Association, Inc. handles personal information on this website. It is written for owners and residents. It is not a legal notice for any other organization.

What we collect

Owner accounts store a name, an email address, and a lot or property address. The Contact the Board form and the architectural request form store what you submit in those forms, including the message or the description of the work.

Why we collect it

We use account details so an approved owner can sign in, and so the board can answer questions and review architectural requests. We do not use this information for advertising.

Sign-in email

When you ask for a sign-in code, that message is sent through the Google Gmail API from the association's Gmail account. It goes only to the address that requested the code. If mail is not configured, the code is not emailed.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. This site has no ads and no tracking cookies. It does not collect card numbers or bank details. Association dues, if you pay them online, are paid through an external link the board chooses. That payment happens on the other site, not here.

Documents

Governing documents, minutes, budgets, insurance, and other official records are available only to approved owners after sign-in.

Correction or removal

To ask for a correction or removal of personal information, use the Contact the Board form. The board reviews those messages. This page does not list a phone number or an email address.
