Dear homeowner, I would like to invite you to the upcoming Trellises HOA meeting on Tuesday, November 17, 2026, at 7:00 PM at the Pool and Tennis Center. During this meeting, we will discuss, and vote on, the following key items: • Trellises Bylaws: Reviewing and voting on suggested updates and revisions. • Property Rentals: Establishing rules, regulations, and limitations for rentals within the community. • Road Resurfacing: Blacktopping the community's main road, which may require a special assessment or millage. Because these decisions directly impact our community, your vote and input are vital. If you are unable to attend, decisions will be made by the homeowners present. To ensure everyone has a fair chance to speak in an orderly manner, residents wishing to share their views for, or against any topic, will have a 2-minute window to express their opinion. The meeting will strictly follow Robert’s Rules of Order and standard parliamentary procedures.
